CHEMTRETE 450 is a solvent-borne stone sealer based on advanced fluoroacrylate technology, engineered to deliver long-lasting water repellency, oil repellency, and stain resistance on porous mineral substrates. The product forms an ultra-thin, low surface-energy fluorochemical network within the pore structure of the substrate, effectively reducing liquid absorption while maintaining breathability.
CHEMTRETE 450 is designed to protect natural stone, marble, terracotta, concrete, and cementitious surfaces, helping preserve appearance, simplify cleaning, and extend service life. In most cases, it retains the natural look and feel of the stone without forming a visible surface film.
The product can be used either as a penetrating stone sealer or as a performance additive in solvent-based stone sealer and coating formulations.

Reduces water absorption and moisture ingress, helping prevent damp-related staining and damage.
Provides strong resistance to oils, grease, and staining liquids commonly encountered on stone surfaces.
Low surface energy limits dirt adhesion, resulting in easier maintenance and longer-lasting cleanliness.
Designed to protect without significantly altering the surface look or texture in most applications.
Can be used as a standalone penetrating sealer or as an additive to enhance stain resistance in solvent-borne systems.
As an additive in solvent-borne sealers or coatings
As a penetrating stone sealer (starter formulation)
