GP-200 Grey Ceramic Microspheres are high-strength, fine particle alumino-silicate ceramic microspheres engineered to enhance performance in modern cementitious and construction formulations. In construction applications, GP-200 functions as a rigid microfiller and micro-reinforcing additive, helping improve compressive strength, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term durability of mortar and concrete-based systems.
Unlike low-density hollow extenders used mainly for lightweighting, GP-200 is selected for mechanical robustness and particle integrity, making it suitable for demanding construction environments such as industrial flooring, repair mortars, grouts, overlays, and protective cementitious coatings.

Improves mechanical strength in mortars and grouts, supporting better load distribution and durability.
Ceramic hardness enhances resistance to surface wear in flooring and high-traffic zones.
Rigid microstructure helps reduce shrinkage-related defects and improves shape retention under stress.
Fine spherical particles assist packing efficiency and mixing uniformity in cementitious systems.
Supports smoother trowel finish and improved surface integrity in toppings and overlays.
Inert ceramic composition resists moisture and chemical exposure typically encountered on-site.
GP-200 Grey Ceramic Microspheres are inorganic, non-toxic, and chemically inert under normal construction material handling conditions.
