AQUATRETE 220 is a water-based stain resistant additive designed for tile grout applications to improve stain cleanability and surface resistance to common household/industrial soils. It is supplied as a stable aqueous system containing a fluorochemical urethane component, engineered for industrial/professional use in grout and related cementitious formulations.
Unlike low-density hollow extenders used mainly for lightweighting, GP-200 is selected for mechanical robustness and particle integrity, making it suitable for demanding construction environments such as industrial flooring, repair mortars, grouts, overlays, and protective cementitious coatings.
