GP Series – GP-800 Grey Ceramic Microspheres

GP-800 Grey Ceramic Microspheres are extra-coarse, ultra-high-strength alumino-silicate ceramic microspheres engineered for applications operating under extreme mechanical stress, high pressure, and high temperature conditions. GP-800 represents the most robust grade within the GP Series, designed for maximum volume build, density reduction, and structural reinforcement in heavy-duty industrial systems. The rigid ceramic shell and large spherical geometry allow GP-800 to deliver exceptional load-bearing capacity, dimensional stability, and pressure resistance, making it particularly suitable for oil & gas cementing, wellbore strengthening, industrial flooring, and thick-section composites.
